Call 075 141 6416 or use the enquiry form to prepare a WhatsApp message. We will discuss the fault, your location and appointment availability. Your appointment is confirmed directly with GARS.
How much does a call-out cost?
Contact us for the applicable call-out or diagnostic fee for your area and appliance. Ask what the fee includes and whether it is separate from labour and parts before confirming a visit.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Please call to check current availability. Timing depends on your location, the fault and technician availability; a same-day visit or completed repair is not guaranteed.
Which brands do you repair?
Send the appliance brand and model when enquiring. We will confirm whether we can assist with that appliance and discuss parts availability.
Do repairs include a warranty?
Ask for the applicable written warranty terms with your quotation. Coverage and duration should be confirmed for the specific work and parts before you approve the repair.
Should I visit one of your addresses?
Please call before travelling to Midrand or Menlyn to confirm availability and whether a visit or appliance drop-off can be accommodated.
